This is a 3D model of a velomobile, specifically a Sinner Bikes Mango Sport manufactured in 2013. The original design serves as a 3D reference point created from multiple images. A velomobile is essentially a recumbent bike with a protective shell that allows riders to achieve higher speeds and greater comfort compared to standard bicycles. The provided model has been simplified to ensure it can be accurately printed at smaller scales, so not all details are included. The attached images give an overview of the manufacturing process. **Printer Specifications:** Printer: FlashForge Creator Pro 2015 Resolution: 0.27 mm Infill Percentage: 20% Support: Yes Notes: Printed using Colorfabb Woodfill filament for the first time, with several trial runs required. A low print speed of 10 mm/s achieved best results. The support structure was printed in standard PLA, which did not adhere well to the Woodfill filament. **Post-Printing Process:** Smoothing: After printing, the model's surface can be smoothed by sanding it, resulting in a smooth finish. Additionally, some wood oil was applied to enhance its appearance. **Design and Creation Methodology:** 3D Scanning: A smartphone camera captured approximately 100 images of the vehicle. These images were then processed using VisualSFM (Structure from Motion) software to create a 3D point cloud. This point cloud served as the basis for creating the model in Blender, utilizing it as a reference design.
