Velomobile Aero Shell for B&M Cyclestar Mirror

This is a custom shell and mirror assembly for a B&M Cyclestar mirror, featuring interchangeable stems that can be cut to fit any configuration. The stem's ball end securely inserts into the mirror socket, while its straight end fits snugly into the top hole or boss in the shell. To achieve a precise fit, you may need to drill a slightly larger hole in the top boss. The shell is easily attached to the velomobile using one or two 5mm bolts and nuts inserted through the base. The mirror shells have an unfinished appearance straight from the printer, so it's recommended that you sand and paint them for a more polished look. I've designed these shells using PLA material, but if they do crack under stress, I may switch to ABS or nylon for added durability. For maximum strength, the stem should be printed horizontally in nylon. Keep in mind that my 3D printer might not be perfectly calibrated, so you may need to make some adjustments to the dimensions before assembly.
