Velodyne DD-10 Plus Satin Cherry 3D model

This is a replica of a subwoofer speaker featuring a 10-inch driver from Velodyne - DD-10 plus in Satin Cherry finish. The design was crafted with 3ds Max 2008 and V-ray 2.0. It is constructed to life-size specifications. Measurements are in millimeters, Gamma 2.2. Materials used: textures created by V-Ray include light sources, cameras, and scene settings have been excluded from the file. Only native 3ds Max formats have been exported with additional models built from a base mesh then smoothed. All preview images were rendered using 3DS Max and V-Ray. The model consists of 30 distinct components. A breakdown shows that the model includes 95495 quads, 6074 tris, with no ngons in evidence. Using TurboSmooth OFF yields a total of 101569 polygons. Turning it on adds 184125 polygons (two iterations used). Textures include multiple resolutions - one 1200*2400, two 2000*2000 and 2048*2048 respectively, one each of 3500*3500 and 3500*1787 and finally 3966*5000 and 4000*4000 with five occurrences of the latter, plus 5926*900 and lastly 2000*2400 again.
