Vellemann K8055 Enclosure

Vellemann K8055 Enclosure

thingiverse

This is my first attempt at designing an enclosure for the Vellemann K8055, labeled as a 'USB Experiment Interface Board', which actually performs quite well as a low-cost data acquisition board. While the model in these photos is the older [K8055](https://www.velleman.eu/products/view/?country=be&id=351346&lang=en) that has been replaced with the newer [K8055N](https://www.velleman.eu/products/view/?id=404880), the board layout and dimensions are identical. The newer version is significantly faster. The enclosure is a work in progress, I'll add standoffs to the LEDs to bring them closer to the top of the enclosure, and create a label that fits on the top for later additions. The K8055N is available from [amazon](https://www.amazon.com/Velleman-K8055N-Experiment-Interface-Board/dp/B0088I0OEI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1534275186&sr=8-1&keywords=k8055n&dpID=31NxeVqn0uL&preST=_QL70_&dpSrc=srch) as well as other sources.
