Velleman K8200 extended extruder base for flex pla

Initially, I encountered an issue while printing with flex PLA as the filament twisted between the hobbed bolt and extruder base due to insufficient support in the 6mm gap. To rectify this, I extended the extruder base to fully enclose the filament; however, it required some adjustment after several failed prints. Consequently, I split the base into two parts for easier printing without support, although additional sanding and drilling was necessary. Despite these imperfections, the modified extruder functions effectively; perhaps a more skilled drafter can refine the design further.
