We have a Velleman 3D pen that started jamming a bit lately. https://www.velleman.eu/products/view/?id=420418 After investigating, we found out that the entry path for filament through the extruder is slightly too open: it's very easy for the filament to exit the extruder and either push down the side of the internal bowden tube or actually press against the bowden tube entrance so hard that it damages the tube entrance point. I've designed a small repair piece which can be superglued onto the bowden entry point. It encloses the filament path for the extruder, providing a more secure route for the filament to flow through.
