This is designed to be used with a Vertx backpack or any other velcro mounting system for your holster. This design was optimized for a Blackhawk Stache IWB holster (p365 & 43x). Just get some adhesive velcro, attach to one side, replace belt clip with this plate, then you are good to go. Very simple but gives the holster a large surface area so the velcro can stick extremely well.
