A small jig that requires a utility knife that can be used to cut a 2" strip of velcro into 1" strip. [](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DBCPGaGpvRc) Parts are very snug when coming off the printer, but sliding them back and forth a few dozen times fixes that. The included FreeCAD file has everything parametrized, so you can easily modify this to fit different width velco, or even tweak it for cutting up ribbons.
