Didn't crease any muscles, so it might lack definition after applying SS modifier. Tried a new method for fixing manifolds... seems to work. Ears and/or nose might have thin wall issues, so don't recommend scaling this down too much. Left the eyes as is (with a narrow gap above the eye) but can change it later if it causes problems. 2xSS included. 3xSS might be overkill at ~40MB but if you want to print big, let me know and I'll upload it. At the current SS you shouldn't be able to see the polygons anyway. Print at your own discretion. UPDATE: June 7, 2018 Added final BLEND (as final as I'm willing to go) and 3xSS. Feel free to tweak the creases in the hair and subsurf him yourself. UPDATE: June 7, 2018 (5 minutes later) Ignore last update - I have to tuck some vertices before I release the aforementioned files. UPDATE: June 7, 2018 (10 minutes later) Just lost all my edits. Got to redo them. Stay tuned. UPDATE: June 7, 2018 (20 minutes later) Get the temp versions of both BLEND and STL. Should be a bit better now. Mouth corners and under nose still could use a bit of edge dissolving if anyone's up for it.
