It's specifically designed to replace the spool holder on the Vector 3 3D printer. The design is fully adjustable to accept all sizes of 1kg & 500g reels. Instructions To make a reel roller, you need to print the following: 1 x Reel Roller Fixing Plate 1 x Reel Roller Slider 1 x Reel Roller Spacer 2 x Reel Roller Inner 2 x Reel Roller Outer Other parts list (all available from eBay): 8 x 608 ZZ [8 x 22 x 7] roller skate ball bearings 8 x M3 x 25mm hex head screws 2 x M3 x 18mm hex head screws 2 x M3 x 12mm hex head screws 12 x M3 nuts 4 x M3 washers 1 x M6 x 16mm hexagon head bolt 1 x M6 butterfly nut Lift the build plate to the top of the Z-axis to give you room to work. Insert two M3 x 18mm hex head screws and one M6 hexagon head bolt from the underside of the Fixing Plate. Add a butterfly nut and spacer. Attach an outer piece and secure it with two M3 washers and two M3 nuts. Remove the existing spool holder, using the same self-tapping screws, attach the Fixing Plate in the indentation. Insert four M3 25mm hex head screws into the already affixed outer piece and slide two roller skate bearings onto the spindles. Attach an inner piece to the outer piece using four M3 nuts. Insert four M3 25mm hex head screws into the remaining outer piece and slide two roller skate bearings onto the spindles. Attach the remaining inner piece to the outer piece using four M3 nuts. Attach this assembly to the Slider using two M3 x 12mm hex head screws, two M3 washers, and two M3 nuts. Remove the butterfly nut and place the Slider over the Fixing Plate, attaching it with a butterfly nut. Adjust for the reel you're printing with, noting that the Slider can be fixed facing either direction according to reel width.
