VC Meter Watch Strap Mount

Wrist-mounted light meter crafted using SolidWorks software. The design process involved sanding and refinement, resulting in a sleeker profile that seamlessly integrates into the Leica M3's elegant aesthetic. I'm not an expert in watchmaking, but I believe the metal retractable poles used to secure the strap are known as "lugs." The 26mm lugs accommodate straps with a width of 22mm. Don't be concerned if the meter seems slightly loose; I intentionally designed it this way to prevent stress cracks from forming near the mount. After testing my prototype without any play, I discovered that the design would develop noticeable cracks over time. Fortunately, the current design has withstood rigorous use for over three months without issue. Attention: This model is optimized for printing with ABS plastic. You may need to adjust the scale by -0.5% if you're using alternative materials.
