This protective face mask with triple filtration in surgical cloth tablets serves total protection to the wearer, requiring only an EVA rubber band for skin contact and two elastic stretchers. The tablets are assembled as shown in the photographs, using three-layer surgical mask cutouts. In this way, one mask can be used up to 20 times. As it is printed in solid 3D PLA to prevent filtration through porosity, we recommend printing it fully and then curing it inside a 2-liter soda bottle with a little acetone on the lid. This action will smooth out the surface and seal any pores, making it impermeable.
