VAX Carpet Washer All Terrain V-125 original product: http://www.vax.co.uk/all-terrain-carpet-cleaner-and-washer The original hook snapped, prompting me to create a replacement. Design closely resembled the original, manually drawn with precise measurements taken using a digital calliper and ruler. Designed in Fusion360, STL files were exported and sliced in Simplify3D 3.1. Printed on a BigBox Dual Hybrid V1.1 Not entirely satisfied with the finish, I opted for 0.3mm layer height with a 0.4 nozzle and 15% fast honeycomb infill. Minimal post-production was required, aside from cleaning some stringing between the two tabs with a craft knife.
