Vauxhall Corsa D Parcel Shelf Strap Clips

<p>These are replacement clips for the parcel shelf strap on a Vauxhall/Opel Corsa D. There's the upper clip (the part that attaches to the hatchback boot lid) and a matching lower clip (the part that attaches onto the parcel shelf). These two parts, joined with some suitable cord (paracord works well) using the loops on the parts, form a complete replacement for the parcel shelf straps.</p> <p>The lower clip doesn't have spring tabs like the original parts do. Instead, there are two holes in the stem, into which you can slide a matchstick or similar to hold the clips in place (the matchstick may also need securing with glue of some sort). I used a panel pin (shown in one of the photos), and secured it in place with a little tape afterwards. It's not as elegant as the original part, but it's much more tolerant of worn holes in the parcel shelf.</p> Category: Other
