This Romanic Style vaulting is composed of basic elements that are instance-cloned to form a simple scene featuring a vault structure, round and square columns, and a background wall set. It's part of a collection based on 5m and 7.5m modules (see Vaults Collection on our site). We offer two different column spacings to prevent texture distortion when using squared elements like bricks or stones. Scaling operations are possible for adapting the vaults to various needs. The scene comprises 16 groups of single columns/vaults elements, with changes immediately replicated across all groups due to instance-cloning. The scene uses five textures, while three more are provided for different texturing options. Main textures are seamless and high-resolution, allowing detailed renderings with limited memory usage. We supply two versions for 3dsMax, Blender, and OBJ: a base version showing only one element and a scene version replicating 16 instances of the base element. Both Max versions are under 0.5MB in size, including textures. In the base version, faces and vertices are around 1,000, while in the scene version (16 instances), they are roughly ten times more. For those interested in the full Vaulting Collection, it includes Romanic, Renaissance, and Gothic Style elements. The collection features various spaced vaults with different architectural elements like arches and curbs. A total of 30 unique vault designs are available in the collection.
