This is a display stand for the Vaterra Ascender K5. It fits onto the underside of the C-rails with magnets, staying attached when the model is lifted but easily removable. The two-part stand requires two pieces each to assemble. You'll need eight M3x20 screws and four 7mm neodymium disc magnets to complete it.
