A clever inner border allows for a snug fit within the tank, making it ideal for long-term storage outside the printer. The uploaded model boasts version 2, boasting enhanced ears in the nut bolt area, providing an unbeatable grip. Its reinforced middle structure enables a sleek top with a mere 3mm thickness. A precision-crafted hole in the center accommodates a threaded M8 handle secured to an M8 nut beneath the cover. 2)Cover Handle: A Separate Masterpiece: The Cover handle is a work of art, designed independently in Fusion 360 to eliminate unnecessary support structures. Screwed into the M8 nut from the Vat cover, it exudes style and sophistication. The handle was given a bold red acrylic spray finish, leaving a glossy sheen that commands attention. To add an extra touch, you can hollow out the model (I used Meshmixer) and specify 2.5mm walls with one central hole at the screw base and individual holes for each letter on top.
