Gravesworn Legions - Black Vein Covenant Season 5 - (2/3) Description The Vastarian nightmare is a monstrous creature created by the Black Vein covenant through the infusion of Black Blood from the ghuls of the Great Rot. This Vastari soldier was mutated beyond recognition, growing a bloodstalker-like upper body and a lower body with an extra pair of appendages. Its front legs have grown huge wings with long claws, and its back legs have become hind legs with huge claws. It also has a long, powerful tail. Despite its monstrous appearance, the Vastarian nightmare still retains some of its conciousness, but struggles with its sanity and thirst for blood. It is armed with a massive double-bladed glaive, and is a terror on the battlefield. The infusion of Black Blood has granted the Vastarian nightmare immense regenerative abilities, allowing it to quickly heal from even the most severe injuries. Due to their immense strength and ferocity, they have become the personal guards of Blaine, the Slave King.
