Vast Board Game Print & Play Components

Here are the component files I designed for the board game Vast: The Crystal Caverns. You'll find pawns for all of the characters - including stickers for printing out on your own, treasure chests, thief vaults, and basically every disk, cube, and token you'll need to create your own custom bits for the game. Files for all of the tiles, cards, boards, etc of the game are available online at ledergames.com, where you can learn everything there is to know about Vast. Just visit their website first - it's the publisher's home base! And if that's not enough, search for Vast on boardgamegeek.com and you'll find a treasure trove of info. This game is a real challenge, folks! It's a highly asymmetrical dungeon battle that requires some serious dedication to build from scratch. It's definitely not a beginner project - so if you're thinking about giving it a try, be prepared for a big job! But trust me, it's worth it. The end result is well worth the effort. If you decide to go the DIY route (Print-and-Play), here's what you'll need to print: Red: One Dragon Asleep Pawn (Black or Red), one Dragon Awake Pawn (Black or Red), four 25mm disks for Goblins, three red 10mm cubes for Hero and Dragon each. Dark Brown: Two 21mm disks for Dragon Shriek & Firewall Tokens, fourteen 10mm cubes for Dragon, two 21mm disks for Dragon Shriek & Firewall Tokens. Dark Purple: Thirty-six 25mm squares for Cave Omens, thirteen 21mm disks for Cave Events & Rockfall Tokens, and three 21mm disks for Dragon Gem Tokens. Light Purple (or your preferred color): Nine Giant Crystals, one Green 10mm cube for Dragon, three 21mm disks for Goblins, twelve 25mm disks for Goblins, three Goblin Tribe Pawns. Yellow or Tan: One Knight Pawn, seven 10mm cubes for Knight, three 21mm disks for Knight Bomb Tokens. Gold: Six Vault Gold 'Slugs' (see assembly note), six Closed Treasure Chests, and six Open Treasure Chests (you can adjust the ratio of open to closed chests to your liking). Light Grey: Six Vault Stonework pieces (see assembly note). Dark Grey: One Thief Pawn, four 21mm disks for Thief, five 10mm cubes for Thief. And don't forget that there's one component I didn't design - the Giant Crystals. Those were created by Tothe, and I just scaled them to fit on Vast tiles. They're fantastic! When printing the vaults for the Thief, you'll need to do some assembly work. First print all of your Gold pieces (the Vault Gold file). Then start printing your Vault Stonework pieces, but set your printer to pause at 5mm. When it pauses, insert a gold piece into each in-progress stonework - this will create a slug of little gold coins inside the vault. Be careful not to mess this up - if you don't get the gold slug seated all the way, it could interfere with your printer's head! I take no responsibility for any damage or issues that may arise from this process - just be careful! That's it! Enjoy printing and assembling your Vast: The Crystal Caverns game.
