Vash the Stampede Revolver Remix 2
thingiverse
This is an updated rework of a popular modification that has been circulating online for quite some time. The version I received had several fitting issues due to inconsistent scaling and parts not aligning properly. I have made significant improvements to ensure better fitment and eliminated several problematic areas. The frame was modified by cutting and stretching it to match the height of the barrel. The barrel back was split into two sections to simplify printing and provide a convenient repair point if needed. Experience has taught me that magnets and plastic can be notoriously finicky, and I've had my fair share of broken resin 40K models, so I'm anticipating similar issues with this project. The cylinder underwent significant changes to eliminate the excessively long shell extractor tube. The printed cylinder tube requires replacement with a piece of 5mm/0.187" brass tubing. Additionally, the trigger (3mm/0.125") and hammer (4mm/0.163") pins should be replaced with tubing or solid rod. Printed versions of these components are included for those who cannot obtain the correct tube sizes. The magnets used for the top are 2 - 6mm/1/4" round, and a blocking plug has been added to the base of the handle. Several extras are also provided, including a replacement handle with holes for two printed screws, as well as the screws themselves, and a slotted pin for the main pivot.
