The model is optimized for VR and real-time applications as well as 3D printing architectural interior scenes visualizations animations and other CG projects. The design boasts accurate real-world proportions making it ideal for scale-specific renderings. This model was originally created in 3ds Max 2016 before being converted into various formats. For users seeking higher detail, the model can be subdivided further to enhance its overall resolution. Furthermore, as a single solid geometry object, it's already set up for subdivision. The 3D model also comes with a Turbosmooth modifier applied twice over the mesh geometry. Additionally, the model is positioned at the scene origin ensuring seamless integration into any setting. With simple Vray standard materials in place, there are no textures involved. Illumination setup within the 3ds Max scene has not been included, however.
