The provided model is suitable for various virtual reality, real-time applications, architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, and other computer-generated projects. It's designed with precise real-world dimensions, making it 3D printable. The original creation process utilized 3ds Max 2016, which the model has been exported from, along with further exportation to various formats.
