The model is designed for various VR and real-time applications. Suitable for use in architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, and computer-generated imagery projects. It's a 3D printable asset with correct real-world dimensions. Originally created using 3ds Max 2016, then converted to multiple formats for export. The model can be subdivided to increase its resolution further. One solid geometric object makes up the entire design, allowing it to be sub-divided for increased detail. It includes a Turbosmooth modifier on top of the mesh geometry with two iterations applied. Centered at the origin of the scene, the 3D asset has undergone rendering using Vray 3.0 and a basic Vray standard material, devoid of textures. The illumination setup is not included within the provided 3ds Max scene file. Model dimensions suitable for 3D printing measure 10,311 cm by 10,022 cm by 22,919 cm in size.
