The 3D model is optimized for VR, real-time applications, and architectural interior scenes requiring precision and accuracy in visualizations, animations, and computer-generated projects. The model has the correct scale for real-world applications and can be used in 3D printing with ease. Originally created using 3ds Max 2016, it can also be exported to various other formats as needed. To further refine its resolution, the model can be subdivided into more detailed segments. Built as a single solid geometry object, it is ready for subdivision without additional setup. A Turbosmooth modifier has been applied to the mesh geometry with two iterations for a smooth finish. The 3D model is centered at the origin of the scene and uses Vray 3.0 rendering with simple materials. These have no textures added, keeping things basic but still accurate. Note that the lighting setup in the original 3ds Max scene has not been included with the model delivery.
