This 3D model is specifically designed to excel in Virtual Reality applications, real-time visualizations, architectural interior scenes, animations, and any other type of computer-generated project. Originally created using the 2016 version of 3ds Max software and then exported into other compatible formats. To achieve higher resolutions, this model can be subdivided further as a single, cohesive solid geometry object that's ready to be refined. Equipped with a Turbosmooth modifier applied directly onto its mesh geometry and utilizing two iterations. The center of the scene remains at the origin point, keeping everything centered and easily navigable. All rendering processes are accomplished using Vray 3.0 and basic Vray standard materials; textures have not been used to preserve a minimalist look.
