The 3D model is tailored for real-time applications in VR, animations, and architectural interior scenes, making it suitable for a variety of Computer Graphics (CG) projects. It is compatible with 3D printing and features correct real-world dimensions. Created using 3ds Max 2016, the model can be exported to other formats as needed. To enhance its resolution, it can be subdivided further. This high-resolution model was initially developed as one solid geometry object, prepared for subdivision. To refine the mesh geometry, a Turbosmooth modifier with 2 iterations has been added on top of the original mesh. The scene's origin is centered within the 3D environment. When rendering this model using Vray 3.0 and simple Vray standard materials, no textures were applied. Note that the illumination setup for this scene is not included in the 3ds Max file provided. Dimensions specifically suited for 3D printing are: height: 951 cm; width: 8971 cm; depth: 231 cm. Feel free to make adjustments or modifications as necessary.
