3D Model Ideal for VR Applications and Real-Time Rendering The model is suitable for real-time applications such as architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, and computer-generated imagery (CGI) projects. Designed to be 3D printable, the model boasts correct real-world scale measurements. Initially created using 3ds Max 2016 software, the model has been successfully exported to various formats. Further subdivision of the model can increase its resolution and detail. This 3D model is constructed as a single solid geometry object, allowing for effortless subdivision. A Turbosmooth modifier is applied on top of the mesh geometry with 2 iterations for optimal results. The scene is centered at origin, facilitating smooth rendering processes. Rendered using Vray 3.0 software, the simple Vray standard material used lacks textures. Please note that the accompanying 3ds Max scene does not include illumination setup. Model dimensions suitable for 3D printing are as follows: height 892.8 cm, width 898.4 cm, depth 20652 cm. Modifications or changes to the model can be made upon request.
