This is a 3D model optimized for Virtual Reality, real-time applications, 3D printing, and architectural interior scenes. The model has accurate real-world scale dimensions. Originally created with 3ds Max 2016, it can be easily exported to various other formats. This versatile model can be further subdivided to increase its resolution and level of detail. As a single solid geometry object, it's ready for subdivision right out of the box. The model features Turbosmooth modifier applied to its mesh geometry with 2 iterations. Additionally, this 3D model is centered at the origin of the scene, making it easier to position in any VR or animation project. Rendering was done using Vray 3.0 and a simple Vray standard material, but no textures are used. Unfortunately, the 3ds Max scene doesn't include the illumination setup.
