This is a high-definition 3D model created specifically for virtual reality experiences, real-time applications, 3D printing, and architectural visualizations. The model's real-world scale is accurately preserved and can be 3D printed as is. It was initially developed using 3ds Max 2016 software and later converted to other formats for compatibility. Constructed from a single solid geometry object, it is ready for subdivision without requiring additional processing. The Turbosmooth modifier, with 2 iterations, has been applied on top of the mesh geometry to optimize its visual appearance.
