High-resolution 3D model designed for VR applications and real-time projects, including architectural visualizations, animations, and other CGI productions. Model is fully 3D printable and has accurate scale measurements in line with the real world. The model was created using 3ds Max 2016 software, and various export formats have been used to enhance compatibility. The 3D object can be divided into smaller sections, further increasing its resolution if needed. As it currently stands, the model consists of a single solid geometry component, fully prepared for subdivision into higher-resolution details. A Turbosmooth modifier has been applied on top of the model's mesh, resulting in 2 iterations and improved visual fidelity. This enhancement makes the 3D model suitable for high-quality renderings. The 3ds Max scene where the model resides is not included, as the illumination setup has not been implemented. Dimensions required for 3D printing have been specified: 871.4cm x 897.1cm x 2095.2cm.
