This is a highly detailed, 3D model designed specifically for real-time applications such as Virtual Reality and 3D printing. It is perfect for visualizing architectural interior scenes, creating animations or any other Computer Generated project. The model is fully scalable to real-world size, making it ideal for use in architecture, engineering and construction projects. Originally created using the latest version of 3ds Max software (2016) and then converted into a range of different file formats, this model offers flexibility and compatibility. Thanks to its unique geometry, the model can be further divided or subdivided at will, allowing you to increase its level of detail as needed. Currently built as a single, unified solid geometry object, this model is ready for subdivision right out of the box. A Turbo Smooth modifier has also been applied to the mesh geometry with 2 iterations. The model's coordinates are centered at the origin point in the scene, making it easy to incorporate into existing projects or designs. Using V-Ray 3.0 software, rendering was created using a simple V-Ray Standard material and there is no texture information included in this project. Unfortunately, no lighting setup has been provided for this model, so that would need to be done by the buyer if required.
