This is a 3D model suitable for a wide range of applications including virtual reality, real-time uses, architectural interior scenes, visualizations and animations in computer-generated projects. The model's 3D print dimensions are correct and proportional to real-world measurements. It was created using 3ds Max 2016 software, then converted into other formats for easier use. The design is versatile, allowing further subdivision to enhance its resolution and detail level. As one cohesive object, it is prepared for easy sub-division and refining of geometry. The model incorporates a TurboSmooth modifier on top of the original mesh geometry with 2 iterations. It's also centered at the scene's origin point. The rendering was completed using V-Ray 3.0 software and basic materials without textures involved. Note: Since 3ds Max scene does not contain illumination settings, these must be manually added during final project assembly.
