The provided 3D model is optimized for use in virtual reality (VR) environments as well as real-time applications and has potential for various other projects like 3D printing, interior architecture visualizations, and animations. It's notable that this 3D model can be scaled to correct real-world dimensions. Additionally, it was created using 3ds Max 2016 software and subsequently exported into other suitable formats. Users are free to subdivide the existing geometry in order to further increase its level of resolution or definition. When originally designed, the model is formed from a single, coherent solid geometry object that is fully prepared for further subdivision as needed. Atop this foundational mesh, a Turbosmooth modifier has been applied and enabled twice to enhance surface smoothness and overall appearance. Its position in the virtual scene is strategically centered at the origin, making it convenient for subsequent positioning and animation operations. Rendering of the model was completed using Vray 3.0 software coupled with standard materials to achieve minimalistic, straightforward looks without employing any intricate textures or additional elements.
