This is a 3D model suitable for various uses, including virtual reality experiences, real-time applications, architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, and other computer-generated projects. The model has accurate dimensions at scale with the real world. Originally created in 3ds Max 2016, it can be exported to multiple formats for flexibility. To achieve even higher detail, the model can be subdivided further. Designed as a single solid geometry object, it is ready to be divided into smaller parts. The model features a Turbosmooth modifier applied to its mesh, allowing for smooth and high-quality results. Placed at the center of the scene's origin point. For rendering purposes, Vray 3.0 was used with basic materials. Texturing has not been implemented. Note that lighting settings were excluded from the provided 3ds Max file.
