This 3D model is ideal for Virtual Reality applications, real-time scenarios, and also suitable for 3D printing purposes. It features architectural interior scenes, detailed visualizations, animated graphics, and other Computer Generated project uses. This highly realistic 3D object has correct measurements on a real-world scale, ensuring accurate reproduction. Initially designed using 3ds Max 2016, the model was later converted into multiple formats for widespread compatibility. With additional subdivision possibilities, the object's resolution can be enhanced as per requirement. Since it is built with singular geometry, subdivisions can help achieve higher precision. Currently topped with a Turbosmooth modifier to give detailed mesh results. All measurements are standardized with center aligned at the origin point of the 3D scene. High-resolution Vray rendering was used along with simple materials which did not require any complex texture integration. No illumination setup was provided in the 3ds Max project for separate handling.
