This is a 3D model designed specifically for various computer-generated (CG) applications such as Virtual Reality (VR), real-time projects, architectural interior scenes, visualizations, and animations. The model is ready to use in its current form but can also be further subdivided for increased resolution. Originally created with 3ds Max 2016 software and exported into other compatible formats. It consists of one solid geometry object that's primed for subdivision. The model has a Turbosmooth modifier placed on top of the mesh, resulting from two iterations of this feature. It is situated at the center of the scene's origin point. This 3D model features basic rendering capabilities through Vray 3.0 software with a simple Vray standard material, utilizing no textures in its current configuration. The illumination setup was not included within the original 3ds Max scene files provided.
