This is a 3D model suitable for virtual reality, real-time applications, 3D printing, architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, or any other computer-generated project. It's print-ready and scaled accurately to reflect real-world dimensions. Created using 3ds Max 2016, it has been exported into various formats for flexibility. To increase resolution, this model can be further subdivided by breaking it down into smaller parts. Built as a single solid object, it is already set up for subdivision. A Turbosmooth modifier is applied on top of the mesh geometry with two iterations for optimal performance. Located at the scene's origin point, this 3D model allows for seamless rendering and adjustments. Vray 3.0 was used for rendering, featuring a simple Vray standard material with no textures.
