The 3D model is designed for immersive VR experiences, real-time applications, 3D printing, and creating detailed architectural interior scenes. As a single solid geometry object, the model is ready for subdivision and subsequent analysis. It also includes the TurboSmooth modifier applied directly on top of the mesh geometry, featuring 2 iterations for optimized performance. Located at the center of the scene, this 3D model is set up to facilitate efficient rendering. A simple Vray standard material has been used without textures to enhance realism. However, the 3ds Max scene itself does not include any illumination settings.
