This is a highly detailed and customizable 3D model suitable for real-time applications such as Virtual Reality (VR), Architectural Interior Scenes, Animations, Visualizations, and any other type of Computer Generated (CG) project. The 3D model has been designed to be fully 3D printable with accurate real-world scale measurements. Originally created using the powerful 3ds Max software version 2016, this model can also be exported into a variety of different file formats for compatibility across various systems and programs. For added realism, the model's mesh geometry has been enhanced with a TurboSmooth modifier on top of two iterations, providing an extremely high level of resolution and detail. Centered at the origin of the scene, this 3D model is fully prepared for subdivision to further increase its level of precision and intricacy. Designed as one single solid object, ready to be subdivided into multiple components if desired, this model's resolution can be easily enhanced by subdividing it into more complex and detailed elements. With a TurboSmooth modifier on top of the mesh geometry with two iterations, this 3D model is perfectly suited for applications where high-resolution textures are not necessary. In order to visualize this model in its best possible form, rendering was done using V-Ray software version 3.0 with a simple standard material that includes no texture or shading maps whatsoever. Additionally, please note that the lighting setup for the scene has been intentionally excluded from the file, allowing users the freedom to create their own unique lighting setup according to their specific needs. The model's dimensions, when printed using standard methods, will be approximately 158.17 cm x 158.23 cm x 157.35 cm in size.
