3D model optimized for VR, real-time applications, architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations and all other CG projects suitable for 3D printing. The model is 3D printable and has correct real-world proportions. Initially designed with 3ds Max 2016 and converted to various formats. For increased resolution, the model can be further subdivided. Originally created as one single solid geometry object ready for subdivision, the 3D model has a Turbosmooth modifier atop its mesh geometry with 2 iterations applied. Positioned at the origin of the scene, this model allows for centralized rendering and simplified management. The Vray 3.0 software rendered the model using a simple Vray standard material without textures applied.
