The 3D model is optimized for use in virtual reality environments and real-time applications. It is also suitable for 3D printing and creating detailed visualizations of architectural interior spaces. Additionally, the model can be animated to bring the space to life or used as part of a broader computer-generated project. The 3D printable version of this model retains accurate real-world dimensions. This model was initially created using 3ds Max 2016 software, with subsequent export to other file formats. For improved precision, the model can be subdivided further, making it easier to scale and manipulate in various CG projects. This single, solid geometry object is ready for subdivision and comes equipped with a Turbosmooth modifier, featuring two iterations. To simplify its integration into existing scenes, this model has been centered at the scene's origin. Its material setup utilizes simple Vray Standard material, sans textures or any additional surface effects. The illumination settings for the 3ds Max scene are not included.
