The 3D model is optimized for use in VR applications and real-time rendering projects. Its compatibility with 3D printing technology ensures accuracy of physical measurements, allowing it to represent architectural interior spaces realistically in visualizations. It also lends itself well to animation sequences. To be precise, this digital model measures the correct scale as would be found in real-world architecture, which facilitates realistic reproduction of environments. Initially designed and created using 3ds Max 2016 software tools, the file was then converted into various exportable formats to enhance flexibility. One feature allowing further refinement is subdividing the single object-based design. Its geometry object can support up to two TurboSmooth iterations on top of its mesh structure for achieving detailed resolutions not seen previously in comparable CG projects. Set to default with no adjustments required, the origin or starting point of the scene is centered exactly as expected from any visual perspective.
