This is a high-poly 3D model perfect for VR applications, real-time environments, 3D printing, architectural interior scenes, and computer-generated visualizations, animations, or other CGI projects. The model is fully 3D printable with accurate real-world measurements. Initially created in 3ds Max 2016 and exported into various formats, this high-poly model can be further subdivided to enhance its resolution. It's created as one singular geometric object ready for subdivision and is already centered at the scene's origin point. This model comes with a Turbosmooth modifier placed atop its mesh geometry with two iterations applied. Rendering is carried out using Vray 3.0 with a simple Vray standard material, free from textures.
