This 3D model is optimized for use in VR, real-time applications, and various CG projects like architectural visualizations, animations, and interior scenes. It has the correct scale for a realistic representation of a building or object. Originally created with 3ds Max 2016, this model can be exported into multiple formats. The resolution can be increased by subdividing it further to create more detailed models. As one single solid geometry object, it's already prepared for subdivision and other operations. It has a Turbosmooth modifier on top of its mesh geometry with two iterations applied. Situated at the center of its scene, this model doesn't contain any external dependencies.
