The 3D model is optimized for VR, real-time applications, 3D printing, architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, and other computer-generated projects. It is scalable in size to match real-world dimensions. Initially created with 3ds Max 2016, the model can be exported into various formats for use in different software. This 3D model has a smooth and detailed appearance thanks to its subdivision capability, allowing users to increase its resolution further. Originally built as one solid geometry object, it is ready for subdivision to meet specific project requirements. To refine the mesh geometry of the model, a Turbosmooth modifier has been applied on top, with two iterations to achieve a realistic texture-free finish. The model is positioned at the scene's origin point, making it easily accessible for editing or manipulation. For rendering, Vray 3.0 has been used along with a basic Vray standard material. However, note that there are no textures included in this setup. The illumination configuration was not preserved during the export from the original 3ds Max scene.
