Here is the model: designed specifically for Virtual Reality, real-time applications, 3D printing, and architectural interior scenes, as well as visualizations, animations, and any other Computer Graphics project. It's perfectly suited for these tasks due to its detailed and precise design. The model has a correct real-world scale and is 3D printable in any software that supports this feature. It was created using Autodesk 3ds Max 2016, but can also be imported into other formats such as OBJ or FBX. Its resolution can be increased by subdividing the mesh further if needed. As a single solid geometry object, it's ready for subdivision and includes Turbosmooth modifier with two iterations to ensure smooth surfaces. It is positioned at the origin of the scene, allowing for easy manipulation and transformation.
