3D model ideal for VR, real-time applications, architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, and all other CGI projects requires realistic detail. Created using 3ds Max 2016 and easily exportable to multiple formats, this high-resolution model can be scaled up or down with accuracy. By subdividing the mesh geometry further, resolution can be increased for maximum impact in any setting. Initially constructed as a single solid object, ready to be broken down into smaller components for subdivision. In addition, it comes with a TurboSmooth modifier already applied, allowing for optimal mesh optimization. Centered on scene origin, precise and realistic rendering was accomplished using Vray 3.0's simple Standard material without textures. Illumination settings not included in 3ds Max file - these will need to be set separately before any render process can take place. Model measurements: approximately 9709cm width by 9766cm length by 19121cm height. This is the standard model dimensions, ideal for creating a scale mock-up prior to any actual print production.
