The provided 3D model is well-suited for a variety of purposes including VR, real-time applications, architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, and any other CG project. It is printable in 3D and has been scaled to reflect real-world measurements. The original model was created using 3ds Max 2016 software and then exported into various formats. The model can be subdivided further to increase its level of detail. One unified geometric object has been created, ready for subdivision, with a TurboSmooth modifier applied on top of the mesh geometry and two iterations. Located at the scene's origin point, the 3D model uses Vray 3.0 for rendering purposes and comes with a simple standard material. The illumination setup within the 3ds Max scene has not been included. The specified dimensions for 3D printing are as follows: 10.044 cm in length, 10.392 cm in width, and 20.695 cm in height.
