This is a 3D model designed for real-time applications, VR, and other computer-generated projects. The model has correct scale and can be used in various architectural settings, interior designs, visualizations, animations, or any other CGI work. The 3D printable model was originally created with 3ds Max 2016 and converted to different formats. To enhance the level of detail, it's possible to subdivide this mesh geometry further. As a single solid geometry object, it's ready for subdivision right now. Additionally, a Turbosmooth modifier is already in place on top of the mesh with 2 iterations. Positioned at the origin point of the scene, the model allows for efficient rendering and can be easily positioned or rotated as needed. The illumination setup, however, is not included in this scene, but any desired lighting configuration can be applied easily afterwards.
