This 3D model is highly suitable for a variety of applications including VR, real-time visuals, architectural interior scenes, visualizations and animations in CG projects. It has the perfect real-world scale making it ideal for 3D printing as well. The model was originally created with 3ds Max 2016 but has also been exported to various other formats. This makes it easy to incorporate into any existing project. Furthermore, this model can be subdivided and expanded on further in order to increase its level of detail. A key feature of this model is that it exists as one single solid geometry object, completely ready for subdivision. The mesh geometry itself has a Turbosmooth modifier on top of it with 2 iterations. As well, the origin point of the scene is perfectly centered with this model at the center. When it comes to rendering this model, Vray 3.0 was used and only simple Vray standard materials were applied as no textures were included in this version. The actual 3ds Max scene however does not come with a built-in illumination setup. Regarding dimensions for a potential 3D print, the exact specifications are: 957.2cm, 9.57cm, 9.231cm.
